Child Safety Standards
Effective September 28, 2026
Partaay is a nightlife social network and event platform. Partaay has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every user, account, post, comment, message, event, image, video, and other interaction on Partaay.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may not use Partaay to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or distribute content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This prohibition includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking of children, sexualized depictions of minors, and attempts to arrange or facilitate any such conduct.
Reporting Safety Concerns
Users can report accounts using the in-app report control. Concerns about posts, comments, messages, events, accounts, or suspected child exploitation can also be reported through Partaay Support. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
How Partaay Responds
Partaay reviews safety reports and takes appropriate action when it obtains actual knowledge of prohibited content or conduct. Actions may include restricting or terminating accounts, removing content, preserving relevant information where legally required, and cooperating with law enforcement.
CSAM and Legal Reporting
Partaay removes confirmed CSAM and follows applicable child-safety laws and regulations. When required, Partaay reports apparent or confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority and responds to valid legal requests.
Child Safety Contact
Google Play and authorized safety or law-enforcement representatives may contact Partaay's designated child-safety team at support@partaay.app. This mailbox is monitored for safety reports and questions about Partaay's enforcement and review procedures.
Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and reports to the appropriate authorities. Partaay may update these standards as its services, legal obligations, and safety practices evolve.
