To request account deletion, email support@partaay.app from the email address on your Partaay account.

What We Delete

We delete or anonymize profile details, posts, media, comments, follows, messages, notification preferences, and account contact records where legally and operationally allowed.

What May Be Retained

Order, payout, fraud prevention, safety, and legal records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, dispute, security, or compliance reasons.

Timing

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as reasonably possible after identity verification.
